Check the product status, requirements and compatibility before you buy. If you're unsure whether a product will work on your system, message support on Discord and a specialist will confirm compatibility first.
Filing a chargeback after receiving a licence key will result in a permanent ban across all Nox Cheats services and forfeits any future purchases.
In the rare case that a product is verifiably broken and cannot be fixed by support, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase to raise a compatibility complaint.
